如何办理中国旅行证

美国出生的宝宝一般需要在美国办理美国护照、出生证和中国旅行证，而月子中心都会提供代办服务，代办费用大概在250美元左右，如果你想省钱也可以选择自己办理。

今天我们来讲讲如何办理中国旅行证。

明文规定：在美出生儿童的父母双方均为中国公民并均未取得美国绿卡，儿童未年满12周岁，回中国应申请中国旅行证。

  • 需要提供以下材料：

（1）儿童美国护照原件及复印件；
（2）儿童出生证原件及复印件；
（3）父母双方中国护照原件及复印件，在美居留身份证件的原件及复印件，如：所持美国签证及I-94卡或移民局颁发的其它文件；
（4）《中华人民共和国旅行证申请表》一份，2×2英寸正面彩色免冠护照用照片三张（一张贴在申请表的照片处，另两张用于制作旅行证）。

  • 申请旅行证无需提前预约。但申请人须亲自到洛杉矶领事馆办理。(6岁以下儿童不必本人前来，可由父母代办，如父母中只有一方前来，必须携带另一方的书面声明，同意为该儿童办理回国证件）。
  • 费用：25美元
