如何在美国生孩子

美国宪法第十四修正案规定，所有在美出生者都是美国公民。

近年来，越来越多的亚洲女性，特别是台湾、香港、中国大陆的年轻妇女来到美国生下孩子。来美国生产的大都数的亚洲妇女是白领阶级，有些甚至以前就经常往来美国商务，在可以生育的时间内，她们选择了美国。因为她们认为这是对她未来的下一代最好的礼物，按照美国法律，出生在美国的人，自动获得美国公民身份。对于为了下一带办理美国移民的母亲，这是最简单的方式。

1. 公民的益处

2. 公民权利

美国宪法第十四修正案规定，所有在美出生者都是美国公民。美国是属于属地主义，所以在美国出生的小孩自然拥有美国籍， 拥有各种生活和教育的福利， 父母在小孩18岁时也可以依亲的方式取得居留权。无论父母是何种身份，或是没有身份。

3. 居住限制

4. 进关时间

另外， 这里的各类食品、鸡鸭鱼肉等都非常新鲜好吃，加上环境优美， 待产和坐月子可说是比在亚洲国家坐月子舒服周全。

8. 赴美国生产的注意事项

乘坐飞机

• 怀孕满27至30周来美待产最佳。但仍需视腹部大小而定。最好事前请医院或医生出具『适合搭机』的证明(必要时可出示给航空公司)。

• 不要戴隐形眼镜。

• 多喝水、不憋尿。少喝汽水、咖啡或酒类。

• 选择靠走道位置，便于活动，伸展四肢。

• 如有耳部不适，可嚼口香糖或吞咽口水。

• 穿着衣裤便装，脚着平底较松之便鞋。(服装以能掩饰腹部为原则)

• 在座位上，永远系妥安全带。

• 可以随身携带零食，水果，已备不时之需。

• 随身行李以一件为宜。行李箱请勿过重，以免搬运困难。

9. 其它注意事项

• 个人的身份证明，例如护照，结婚公证。

• 产前的医生检查资料，含B型肝炎、梅毒、淋病或羊水穿刺检查报告。

• 随身用品，例如牙刷、毛巾、梳子、鞋袜、拖鞋等。

• 休闲服4-6件 ( 连衣裙装或宽松长裤为宜)。

• 外出服2件( 孕妇外出孕服装)。

• 请勿佩带珠宝饰物，以免遗失。
