美国产检包括哪些项目
01月 30th, 2009 by 宝宝美国梦 | Filed under Tanya在洛杉矶生宝宝.定下医生后（相关情况，请看Tanya的找医生记），当然就是要做产检了。虽然自己测试是怀孕了，但还是医生说的才算。打电话预约后，按时来到医生诊所（美国产检基本都是在医生自己的诊所，只有在生产的时候才到医院），按指示进行了尿检、血压、体重、腹部B超，这也基本是以后每次检查的例行项目。医生说BB太小，于是第二个礼拜我又去做了一次阴道B超。到现在24周，还做了血糖、唐筛等检查，大概情况如下：
例行检查：
时间：28周以前，基本3－4个星期一次；28周以后，基本两周一次；36周以后每周一次
检查项目：尿检（尿糖尿蛋白）、血压、身高、体重、腹部B超（胎儿心跳及发育情况等）
整个怀孕过程大概要抽血三次，孕早期时会检查是否贫血以及爱滋检查，17周左右唐筛检查，24周时检查血糖含量。这里抽血是小管子的瓶子，最多的一次好像抽了5管。
唐筛检查主要是为了排除唐式综合症等问题，会根据你的年龄、是否抽烟喝酒等生活习惯以及血液检查的结果给出一个你的宝宝可能存在问题的概率，我的是1/10000，如果这个数值大的话，会建议你作羊水穿刺。而如果确定有唐式综合症的孩子，是需要拿掉的。
20周的时候会有一次所谓的大B超，可以看出孩子性别，以及通过B超检查宝宝的发育状况，也可判断有无畸形。我不知道别人怎么样，我的大B超好像跟平常的B超没什么差别，仍然是一样的检查程序，而我们家宝宝由于看不到正面，所以医生也没有给出很明确的性别判断，呵呵。
24周时要测血糖，就是先抽血，然后空腹喝一杯糖水，我喝的有点像芬达那种桔色的水，然后一个小时后，再抽一次血，看你的血糖情况。如果一小时的过不了，还需要测一次３小时的，再过不了会要求控制饮食，每天都要用仪器扎手指测血糖，好像很麻烦。
此外，第一次产检后，医生就给我开了维生素、铁剂、叶酸，都是每天必吃一颗。后期我仍然贫血，医生让我吃两粒铁片。而在第8周的时候，还有检查肺结核（打针）。中间还有不定期进行的胎心监测，就是把一个听筒样的东西放在肚子上，然后整个诊所就可以听到宝宝的心跳声了，呵呵。
由于美国医生时间都很紧张，他们不会有太多时间给你，但仍然会很耐心地回答你的问题。所以准妈咪们平常有什么问题或者疑问都要记下来，等到产检时一次性地问医生。而关于华人圈里做B超可能会影响宝宝的健康这个普遍的说法，我的医生告诉我不存在问题，因为B超是通过超声波的原理进行的，而且经过多年的监测什么的，要相信科学：）
